Wallet Points Redemption Policy

• Minimum Transaction Value: Wallet Points can be redeemed only on subsequent purchases with a minimum invoice value of ₹75,000 or above.
• Maximum Usage Cap: On eligible redemptions, a customer can redeem up to a maximum of 50% of their Total Accumulated Wallet Points Balance in a single invoice.
• Validity: Wallet Points earned under this offer are valid for redemption for 1 year from the date of credit. Unused points lapse automatically after expiry.
• Non-Encashability: Wallet Points are strictly non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be redeemed for physical cash, bank payouts, or adjustments against pending dues.

3. Returns, Cancellations & Governance
